Aftercare

To keep weight off, we recommend taking the following steps:

  • Eat Small Meals – Small meals at specific times of the day are better than one to two larger meals, but make sure to respect your calorie intake for the day. You can get nausea from the medical weight loss medication if you eat your usual meals, this treatment will slow down the emptying of your stomach.
  • Drink Plenty of Water – Through its weight loss action, our weight loss medication can make you feel dehydrated. This is why you should be drinking plenty of water.
  • Have a Good Exercise Plan – As mentioned, our medical weight loss medication is not a “miracle pill” and for them to work, you need to make sure your exercise.

• multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2
• family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma
• kidney disease with likely reduction in kidney function

WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS?

The most common side effects of Semaglutide are nausea and vomiting. These side effects are usually mild and go away after a few days or weeks of treatment. Other possible side effects include diarrhea, constipation, headache, dizziness, fatigue, and low blood sugar levels.
