We understand that sometimes it may be necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you fail to provide at least a 24 hour notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). This fee is necessary to compensate our staff for their time and to cover the cost of any supplies that have been allocated for your appointment.
If you have purchased a package of services, please note that missed appointments, or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, will be deducted from your package.
By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation policy. We reserve the right to modify our cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
